If, for some reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or in the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged, please email us at email@example.com with a brief description of the problem. For any damaged items please provide a photograph with your email. Once received we will arrange for a replacement to be exchanged with the damaged product if possible.
All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging in the same condition as they arrived. We do not provide free shipping of returns.
Items bought on sale, pre order items (furniture pieces) are non-refundable, only valid for exchange.
Please allow at least 10 working days for us to process your return and refund.
